Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the Syntraq 360 platform and this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you may bind that business.
1. The service
Syntraq 360 provides a multi-tenant restaurant operating system — online ordering, live order management, kitchen display, menus, delivery and reporting — offered on a subscription basis. Features available to you depend on your plan and configuration.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Role-based access controls let you manage what each of your team members can see and do.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, resell it except under an approved partner agreement, or use it to process unlawful transactions. You are responsible for your menu content, pricing, tax configuration and compliance with local law.
4. Fees & billing
Subscription fees are billed per your plan and active locations. Payment-processing fees are set by your chosen payment gateway. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your customers put into the service. We process it to provide and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data, and we will delete it on request following account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Availability & support
We work to keep the service available. The service requires an internet connection and is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Syntraq 360 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time; we may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends, and the data-export and deletion provisions above apply.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
